Settle Lands Up to $100M Credit Facility From 3Jane for Inventory Lending
Settle secured a forward-flow financing deal with structured credit platform 3Jane, starting at $50M with expansion potential to $100M.
Settle, a New York-based inventory financing provider serving consumer and ecommerce brands, announced a forward-flow agreement with 3Jane, a structured credit platform, that could deliver up to $100 million in total lending capacity.
The facility opens with $50 million in initial capacity, with provisions allowing Settle to scale the arrangement to $100 million as demand from its brand clients grows. Forward-flow agreements of this type allow a lender to continuously sell newly originated loans to a capital partner, keeping the originator's balance sheet nimble while funding ongoing loan volume.

The arrangement positions Settle to extend more capital to brands navigating supply chain procurement and seasonal inventory builds, two pressure points that have weighed on smaller consumer goods companies in recent years. Terms beyond the capacity figures and the identities of the two counterparties were not disclosed.
